Baggage storage at reception before check-in and after check-out, deliveries accepted while you are out, and a real person on the desk for every question. Most guests are repeat visitors; the team know the suburb properly and the recommendations land.

## Common questions.

### What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Check-out is between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

### Do you take a deposit at booking?

No. We take full payment 48 hours before your arrival, not at booking. A AUD $200 damage deposit is taken on arrival and refunded within 14 days, after the apartment inspection.

### Is parking included?

Yes. Free undercover basement parking is available for every apartment. No booking required.
