Two waters, one address

Beach mornings,
river afternoons.

Cross the road for the Pacific. Walk through the back gate for the river. Main Beach is patrolled in season, leafy in shoulder months, quieter than the Cavill Avenue stretch even at the height of summer; the deck above the marina is the quietest spot in the building.

Half an hour from the airport.
Fifteen minutes on foot to the tram.

Gold Coast Airport is around 22 km, 30 minutes by car. Brisbane Airport is 82 km, around 75 minutes, easier in the long run for international arrivals.

The G:Link light rail at Florida Gardens is a fifteen-minute walk on the way home and runs the length of the coast through Surfers, Broadbeach and beyond. Most guests do not bother with a car at all.
